In Loving Memory of Gage B. Foster

Born and raised in Portage la Prairie, a town of 13,000 people located an hour west of Winnipeg, Gage Foster’s athletic prowess made him a big name in a small town. A multi-sport athlete, Foster played football, basketball, badminton, lacrosse and track during his youth. In 2017, he would take his talents to a much bigger stage by joining the Queen’s University Varsity Football Team. Sadly, Gage’s football career and life were cut short in the summer of 2018 when he was taken from his family, friends and the Gael’s community.

To keep the loving memory of Gage going, The Gage Foster Athletic Scholarship Fund was created in his name. The fund provides a yearly grant for a PCI graduate who played multiple sports as a PCI student and displays full commitment, dedication and embodies the true meaning of being a team member.

Memories From Last Year

Last year Imperium Social alongside the Queen’s University Football Team hosted the 1st Annual Gage Foster Memorial Spikeball Tournament. Due to the generous support of everyone involved over $3700 was raised for the scholarship fund!

Unfortunately, due to safety concerns surrounding COVID-19 the tournament will not be held in 2020. However, we are still raising money for the scholarship fund in Gage’s name and any donation amount is greatly appreciated!
